ColorChecker Dip Colour · Off-line

ColorChecker Dip

Off-line colour sensor for liquids — works like a pH probe but provides objective colour values (L*, a*, b*, strength). Dip the probe into a dyebath of at least 40 ml and get results within seconds. Integrated pass/fail evaluation enables Right-First-Time dyeing by verifying dye exhaustion before drain. Eliminates unnecessary fabric sampling.

  • Dye concentration: 0.01 – 5 g/l
  • Temperature: 4 – 100 °C
  • Outputs: L*, a*, b*, colour strength
  • Industrial touchscreen PC (Windows 10 IoT)
  • Ticket printer & optional cloud storage
ColorChecker E connected to lab dyeing machine Colour · On-line

ColorChecker E

On-line colour sensor for dye and wash baths in lab and production machines. Analyse dye exhaustion and its sensitivity to temperature, salt and pH. Evaluate dye compatibility of multi-dye recipes and optimise wash-off. Achieve savings in processing time, water and energy of up to 30%.

  • Dye concentration: 0.01 – 5 g/l
  • Temperature: 4 – 100 °C
  • Outputs: L, a, b, colour strength
  • Automated 24/7 measurements
  • Optional process parameter recording
ColorChecker CWR — on-line colour sensor Colour · Continuous

ColorChecker CWR

On-line colour sensor for continuous washing ranges. Installed in the circulation line of a wash box, it monitors colour values 24/7. Fine-tune water flow rates based on objective data and achieve water and energy savings of 15 – 30%.

  • Dye concentration: 0.01 – 5 g/l
  • Temperature: 4 – 100 °C
  • Outputs: L, a, b, colour strength
  • Automated 24/7 measurements
  • Simple installation, retrofitting possible
ProcessChecker hardware with probes and tablet Process
